Help Desk Operation Hours

The time now in New York is Thursday 1:52:55 PM. The Helpdesk is manned during the hours in the graphic to the left which are Eastern Daylight Time (UTC -4.0).

Outside of these hours, we offer emergency server down support for VP-CART Hosting and Business Ready Plan customers only. If your site is down, kindly submit a ticket or contact us on Live Chat and we will investigate ASAP.

Please note that Business Ready Plan Customers receive free support via the Helpdesk or Live Chat and VP-CART Hosting Customers receive free hosting related suport, all other customers must purchase support points.
